Description
Recruiter is responsible for working with hiring managers to define their needs and sources, qualifies and hires desired candidates for various positions according to the company's hiring plan. Recruiting experience in the mortgage and/or financial services industry is a plus. Specific duties include:
• Help execute an in-house search model, leveraging best practices around process, systems, candidate development and research.
• Serve as a consultant to HR and business clients to execute against their human capital plans.
• Provide full life cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires.
• Network extensively in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best and brightest talent for every search.
• Develop a search strategy for each open search, including target list creation, research process management, and market segmentation.
• Perform phone based proactive candidate and sourcing activities.
• Work closely with diversity recruiting to ensure that our recruiting efforts are consistent with the mission, and pursues a diverse mix of students.
• Be an advocate for the core-recruiting brand and the general talent mindset.
• Partner closely with HR Talent Teams to ensure consistency with HR brand.
• Drive recruiting processes that ensure consistency with the policies and procedures.
Candidates must have Capital Markets sourcing/recruiting experience. Ability to identify talent in the New York , Carolina, and Chicago markets for DC positions. This position will also have some client interface.
